Dr. Naveed Nosrati is a Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 10 years of experience in the medical field, where he is recognized as a Cosmetic, Plastic, and Reconstructive Surgeon.
His excellent medical experience contributed to making him a recognized surgeon in procedures like Brazilian Butt Lift, Liposuction, Breast Augmentation, Mommy Makeover, and Tummy Tuck. His educational path led him to perform extremely detailed surgeries, like hand reconstructions, free tissue transfers, and fat grafting. His prior research experience in several medical institutions like UCLA, Indiana University, and the University of Texas, led him to accomplish scientific results in areas like free tissue breast reconstruction. In 2008 he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, at the University of Texas in Austin. He then received his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Following graduation, he was accepted into an integrated Plastic Surgery Residency at Indiana University. He then completed his training with a Fellowship in Hand Surgery at the UCLA, University of California Los Angeles, in 2019.
Dr. Nosrati holds professional membership in several societies including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and the American College of Surgeons, among others. He also has authored and co-authored many scientific publications, as well as continuously makes presentations at national conferences. After being a Plastic and Hand Surgeon from 2019 to September 2021 in the First Choice Physician Partners/Tenet Healthcare, he is now proudly joining the renowned team of New Life Plastic Surgery in Miami. In his free time, he likes skiing and snowboarding, activities that will change to hiking, surfing, boating, and sailing in the warm weather of Miami. He also likes traveling and playing lacrosse. His knowledge and experience in the medical field will help his patients to achieve their goals of transforming their bodies, with good care from the staff at New Life Plastic Surgery. Dr. Nosrati uses J-Plasma associated with the liposuction procedures and accepts a BMI up to 37.
